The backup solution deployed by Wycom uses technology from StorageCraft called ShadowProtect, which creates sector-level backup images of your Windows server disk drives. ShadowProtect takes a regular image of your server, including all of the software installed, which is written locally to a USB hard drive or other NTFS storage device that is attached to your server. At the same time, we also push the encrypted data to our storage servers in the cloud.
